About the Forge

The Multiverse Forge is a creative ecosystem where ideas become books, books become games, and games become experiences you carry with you.

It started with a question: what if the frameworks that help us understand ourselves could live in more than one medium? What if a self-leadership methodology could be a book and a board game and a YouTube show? What if reading about how Picard leads could actually help you lead yourself?

That question became seven books -- spanning self-leadership, AI philosophy, business strategy, and hard science fiction. It became ten board games that turn abstract ideas into something you can hold, play, and argue about around a table. It became Leaders of the Multiverse, a YouTube show that decodes what fictional leaders teach about the war inside. And The Chair, a weekly newsletter that distills it all into one framework per week.

Everything connects. The same characters that appear in the books show up in the games. The same frameworks explored in the newsletter get unpacked on the YouTube show. The Forge isn't a collection of side projects -- it's one creative universe, experienced through different doors.
